Do you provide food for the party?

We are not equipped to provide a meal or cake, but we do have
partners who give us great discounts! (see the Partners page)

Who is Balooberry?

Balooberry is our furry blue hippo mascot. He makes an appearance
at parties to give out the loot bags and say "hi" and is included in
your Option B package price.

What if I have fewer than 10 children at the party?

The pricing is for up to 10 children, but if you have fewer children,
we always make sure you get your money's worth with the craft, prizes, etc.

Do you travel outside of the Region of Waterloo?

At this time, Hullabaloo serves Kitchener, Cambridge and Waterloo.

What if I have to cancel the party?

If you cancel more than 2 days before the party, you will only lose
your deposit. Within 2 days of the party, consider rescheduling so you
don't have to pay the full party price.

My home is too small for a party. Do you do parties in rented spaces?

No home is too small for a party of up to 10 children. We come out and see
your space and let you know if anything needs to be moved. We have never
said the words "this will never do."
If you still feel stronlgy that you don't want the party in your home, you will
have to book the space. We can offer suggestions.

What happens on the day of the party?

We arrive an hour before the party starts and decorate. And decorate. And
decorate. As the children arrive, we keep them busy with a craft, face painting,
costume accessories, etc. Then it's time for games! We work around your
preferences for having a meal, gift unwrapping, etc, and ensure the children
are always occupied. As the children leave, we make sure they take home their
craft, loot bag, thank you bookmark and prize(s). (Everyone gets a prize!)
